What is a Midlife Mindset Coach?
A Midlife Mindset Coach helps women in their 40s, 50s, 60s (and beyond) navigate life’s transitions with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Together, we look at where you are now, uncover what matters most to you, and create a plan to move toward the life you want—with support and accountability every step of the way.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy and Counselling: focus on healing past trauma and addressing emotional or psychological challenges. Licensed therapists and counsellors are qualified to diagnose, treat and manage mental health conditions.
Coaching: is future-focused and action-oriented where you alone are the expert in your own life. As your coach we will partner in structured conversation that fosters self-reflection, and helps you to clarify your values in order to support you in taking meaningful steps towards personal growth and achieving your goals.

I work with midlife women from all walks of life: professionals, entrepreneurs, caregivers, dreamers, and everything in between. Many come to coaching feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a change. What they all share is a desire to live with more purpose, joy, and authenticity.

What does a coaching session look like?
Sessions are typically one-on-one conversations (online) where we focus on your goals, challenges, and next steps. I listen deeply, ask powerful questions, and offer tools and strategies to help you move forward. Each session is tailored to you. Depending on the package you choose, sessions typically run between 60 and 75 minutes.
How long does coaching take?
That depends on your goals and needs. You have the freedom to choose a coaching package that works for you and best supports your journey.
Do you only work with women in midlife?
While I specialize in midlife transitions, I welcome women at all stages of life who feel drawn to this work. If my approach resonates with you, we’ll create a safe, inclusive space where you feel supported and seen.
What if I’m not sure I’m ready?
That’s completely okay. Change can feel daunting. Coaching isn’t about having everything figured out, it’s about having support while you explore possibilities. I currently offer a free 30 minute consultation call so you can get a feel for how coaching works and decide if it’s the right fit for you.
